JJ Floor Care, LLC is a family-owned and locally operated flooring company based in Jacksonville, FL. We established our own business in 2012 but benefit from almost 20 years of experience in our profession.
We specialize in the restoration and polishing of natural stone floors and surfaces, including marble, travertine, limestone, as well as terrazzo. From simple cleaning, refinishing to a full restoration which includes grinding, honing, and polishing, we are happy to help you with your project. We can repair cracks, remove etching and scratches, and we know how to properly seal your floors for the perfect look and protection.
We further offer polished concrete and resinous floor system services. From old to new floors with our specialized equipment and expertise we can convert almost any concrete floor in a durable, low maintenance and decorative floor solution. We can add a unique stain or or design elements to create a luxurious floor. We also produce designer epoxy floors focusing on the right preparation of the concrete to make sure the epoxy adheres to it correctly.
Additionally, we provide grout, tile, and carpet cleaning services.
JJ Floor Care serves commercial and residential clients throughout North-East Florida and, further, works with contractors/designers that require assistance with these services. We are certified by the State of Florida and the City of Jacksonville as a Small & Minority Business.

José has more than 18 years of experience working in restoration and maintenance of natural stone floors. As Operations Manager he is in charge of the restoration and maintenance process of all the jobs we do in that field, as well as training other employees.
Gardening and reading
José has a double degree in International Business and Economics from the University of North Florida. As Executive Director he is responsible for the strategic direction of JJ Floor Care.
Soccer, tennis, and playing the piano
Kati has a double master degree: An MBA from the University of North Florida and a Master of International Management and Intercultural Communication. As the Business Manager she is in charge of the administration and marketing of the business, as well as client relations and customer service.
